BluePlanetWild retains the right to display such information or offer them (or variations of such information) to other customers. Additionally, BluePlanetWild has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers libellous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by the FCC), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for BluePlanetWild production.

BluePlanetWild accepts online payment via credit card or debit card. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology. BluePlanetWild   may also accept payment via check or purchase order. Qualified Institutions (such as Purchasing Offices) wishing to establish group accounts and utilize purchase orders may set up special payment options by contacting BluePlanetWild. BluePlanetWild  will begin processing orders immediately upon verification that payment has been received.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BluePlanetWild  , and any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, or operator of BluePlanetWild  from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

  3. Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright.
  4. Any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Website 

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the services at BluePlanetWild
